I’m excited to announce the details of a London fundraiser for my charity cycle from London to Paris in April 2014 for Marie Curie Cancer Care. On January 18, you are invited to The Vinyl Cycle – a night of music in the upstairs bar of the magnificent Betsey Trotwood in Farringdon from 7.30pm until 1.00am.
Please do come along and enjoy the music and drink some alcohol. There will also be candles on tables which if like me you are a fan of subdued lighting, is a huge bonus. As this is a fundraiser, we will ask for a donation at the door which will go straight to Marie Curie Cancer Care. A fiver? A tenner? It’s your call, it all helps.
Joining me on the vinyl decks will be my fellow Scot and brother in music Kevin Roe. Like myself, he appreciates the majesty of Nigel Green’s portrayal of Colour Seargent Bourne in Zulu, a fine brogue and above all, music of pristine quality spanning several genres. We hope you can join us in supporting our chosen charity and enjoying the music, the chat , the candles and the tipples.
If you can’t make it but would like to donate you can do so via my justgiving page here
